My first runs.

I started Tuesday this week. I ran 1.5 miles in 16 min. It was not easy starting back up but I managed without walking. I hope to get myself in better shape. On Wednesday I walked for 45 minutes which plenty easy. Today I ran another 1.5 miles in 16 mins 25 secs. I bought these new shoes, Reebok Easy Tones. They are heavier than my regular shoes and made it more difficult. I think I will only use those for walking. Hopefully I can stay motivated with this.
